Twin Falls City Hall

Part of the City of Twin Falls Downtown Revitalization Project, the new City Hall is an adaptive reuse of a 1940’s retail building, challenging the City and the design team to consolidate existing services, plan for growth, and make the design flexible enough to adapt as needs of the community change.  Notable solutions include an open plan with flexible furniture, exposed systems and existing concrete structure, and the use of reclaimed wood from the original construction.

Opened in the fall of 2017, the LEED certified 46,000-square foot New City Hall boasts 20% vacant space for growth, and includes space for Council Chambers, Utility Billing, Planning & Zoning Department, Engineering Department, Building Department, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, and Administration.

James A. McClure Federal Building & US Courthouse - "First Impressions"

Following the events of 9/11, the Federal Government placed renewed focus on the safety and security of the nation's interests around the world. Many buildings in the federal inventory required upgrades to meet new standards. In Boise, the McClure Federal Building required the addition of a new larger lobby to facilitate screening activities. In addition the new entry provides visitors with a memorable sense of arrival complimentary to the existing international style of the original 1960's building.
